Sweet red wine produced from Nerello Mascalese grapes. Maceration takes place at low temperatures for about 18 days. Fermented in steel barrels and then aged in barrique. The color is ruby red, intense smell of raisins, black chocolate, vanilla and dried fruit. On the palate it is soft, sweet, tannic-enveloping, with a persistent aftertaste. The sale takes place about a year after the harvest. Espalier and sapling vineyard system. Vineyard age: around 25 years. Alcohol content: 16.00 vol.% Organic farming system.
