Etna rosé d.o.c. classic method 75cl - 2016 La Gelsomina
The soil of Etna is both lava and clayey, composed of the "gghiara", as the Etneans pronounce it, and the result of numerous eruptions that have followed over the centuries, allowing the dust to settle on the fields and that the magma crystallized. This has made it a place with absolutely unique mineral characteristics, where, at 550 meters above sea level, indigenous varietals of the volcano are grown, such as Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante and Moscato dell'Etna.

Vinification: classic method, ages for at least 30 months on the lees
