Ben Ryé has a golden color with bright amber reflections. With a very intense bouquet in which the notes related to raisins stand out: apricot and candied orange peel; it also has delicate hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it offers its proverbial and extraordinary freshness that balances the sweetness. The typical taste of dried Zibibbo is joined by countless other fruity sensations, aromatic herbs and honey. Its complexity is enriched by mineral notes and a very long persistence.
Perfect with dry pastries, chocolate and tarts with jam or ricotta. Also try with blue cheeses and foie gras. Extraordinary on its own, as a meditation wine. Serve it in medium-sized glasses, with a slight flare, it can be uncorked at the moment. Excellent at 14 ° C.
