Vinification: the very healthy grapes are pressed in a very soft way and the must obtained is fermented in small stainless steel tanks where it is possible to strictly control the temperatures, thus obtaining a particularly aromatic and sorbent wine. It ages in stainless steel and is bottled in January because it allows us to keep its aroma and freshness unaltered.
