The Sicilian black pig has lived in the wild for countless time on the Nebrodi mountains. Also called Etna black pig, it is a Sicilian native breed present in the Nebrodi regional park. From its refined meats different products of the typical Sicilian cuisine are produced such as mortadella.
This particular sauce is made in an artisanal way according to the most ancient Sicilian culinary traditions.
All ingredients are selected by hand.
Ingredients: Italian tomato pulp, Nebrodi black pig mortadella 23% (Nebrodi black pig meat, water, flavorings, salt, dextrose, vegetable fiber, spices, PISTACHIO E301, E250, acetate and sodium citrate), carrots, CELERY, onion, Vittoria cherry wine, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, whole sea salt, nutmeg, black pepper.
