Grillo Mozia 75cl - 2020 Tasca d'Almerita
A small museum island in the stagnone of Marsala, Mozia represents a production site of absolute uniqueness. A marine ecosystem that has always been linked to the vineyard, with the first plant at the beginning of the nineteenth century, when the English, who arrived in Marsala, sensed its potential. The vineyard is planted with saplings, organically run, not irrigated. The grapes are harvested in boxes, transferred to the mainland on flat-bottomed boats and transferred to the Regaleali estate on heat-conditioned trucks to preserve the aromatic integrity of the grapes. Yellow color with greenish notes, aromas of broom, lemongrass, anise, spice of white pepper. Fresh and with a pleasant saline finish.
