Vinification: After a soft pressing, strictly in reduction, the must is fermented at a very low temperature to enhance the aroma of this wine. Aging takes place in stainless steel.
Sensory characteristics: Straw yellow, lively, luminous, with golden hues. Fresh and mineral nose, with hints of yellow flowers, peach and citrus. Sapid and full-bodied with mineral hints, it is slightly bitter in the finish.
Pairings: Suitable for light first courses, fresh cheeses, fish and soups. Excellent aperitif.
