Vinification: The very healthy grapes are pressed in a very soft way and the must obtained is fermented in small stainless steel tanks where it is possible to strictly control the temperatures, thus obtaining a particularly aromatic and long-lasting wine. Refine in stainless steel and bottled in January.
Sensory Characteristics: Bright straw yellow with coppery reflections. Intense aroma with mineral nuances, exotic fruit and wildflowers, lively and fresh. Good balance. It gets sour in the finish.
Pairings: dishes based on fish, shellfish, risottos and appetizers.
