Vinification: maceration at a controlled temperature, the de-stemmed grapes are cooled and maceration lasts for 10-12 days. Once pressed, they are placed in cool concrete tanks where the wine strips quickly. It is then placed in barriques where the malolactic fermentation takes place. Aging takes place in French oak barriques for at least 6 months.
Sensory Characteristics: Rich and generous wine, of a passionate red both in color and in character. Sicilian with a strong personality, an intense and harmonious taste and aromas of ripe fruit and spices.
